Abstract
A method for developing an accurate temperature-dependent dispersion model is described. It combines a room-temperature Sellmeier dispersion model with temperature-dependent refractive index measurements at a few wavelengths to predict the refractive index over a wide temperature and wavelength region. The method is applied to nine well-characterized materials to give dispersion over a wide temperature and wavelength region.
