We propose a dynamic wavelength router using a multimode interference coupler and Bragg gratings implementing multiport wavelength switching in a single device together with a new wavelength dilation method using this device. We show a design of the new dynamic wavelength router and device performance using eigenmode decomposition. The flat passband and low crosstalk characteristics are attained.
