Abstract

This article [Opt. Eng.. 51(4 ), 047001 (2012)] was originally published on 6 April 2012 with one of the authors’ names misspelled. Jianping Qiao was mistakenly printed as Qianping Qiao. The paper was corrected online on 9 January 2013.
