Abstract
This article [Opt. Eng.. 52, (5 ), 055801 (2013)] was originally published on 7 May 2013 with an error in Eq. (1). The second plus sign was corrected to a minus sign, as it appears below: W(x,s)=∫ ∞ −∞ U(x+x ′ 2 )U ∗ (x−x ′ 2 )e −j2πx ′ s dx ′ . (1). Minor grammatical corrections were also made.
