Abstract
This article was originally published in Vol. 6 of the Journal of Applied Remote Sensing on 12 December 2012 with an incorrect citation identifier (CID) of 063614 and on 17 December 2012 with an incorrect CID of 061706. The paper was removed and republished online with the correct CID of 061710 on 3 January 2013.
