Abstract
The laser induced fluorescence technique is used to investigate the influence of laser polarization on the Zeeman effect of the uranium atom. This method enables carrying out the measurement of Zeeman spectra in different directions of the magnetic field and laser polarization at uranium 591.5- and 639.5-nm lines, respectively. The obtained spectra are analyzed.
