1 August 2001 New technology of precision polishing of glass optics

For the first time, by using Aquapol-5 and Aquapol-7, polishing tools' present-day measuring means, and a new technology of precision polishing of glass optics, the surface finish of Ra< 1 nm and the reflected light scattering factor of Kv ? s0.003% have been achieved.
