This article [Opt. Eng. 50, 087201 (2011)] was originally published on 28 Jul 2011 with a missing symbol on page 7, column 2, line 4. The correct equation is (FAR+FRR)/2.

Symbols were also missing from Tables 1, 4. The corrected tables appear below.
