This article [Opt. Eng. 53(9), 096111 (2014)] was originally published on 22 September 2014 with an error in line 3 of Section 3, “Experimental Details.” The peak resonance wavelength was originally published as 1540.32 nm. It has been corrected to read 1550.32 nm.

The paper was corrected online on 8 October 2014.
