The following essay has the purpose to realize and design an optical machine for the study of dental occlusology in order
to improve it by establishing the force distribution diagram of the patient’s chewing profile, diagrams of great
importance for obtaining a great dental work result.
Spectral system (acronym SPECTECH) is designed to meet the following basics:
a) to assure measuring tiny optical single lens in a standard configuration;
b) configured for reflected or transmitted beam light;
c) configured by user off line to monitor manufacturing or mounting optical components;
d) to be flexible to be equipped with more than one spectral detector. Initially, it is equipped with two spectral
detectors, but in short time to be able to use more than two.
e) configured as process spectrophotometer (continuously) to monitor manufacturing or mounting optical
f) to be updated or upgraded to meet other necessities.
SPECTECH system is a modular one, allowing spectral determinations in a wide range of spectrum (385-1100 nm) and
with two detectors UV-VIS (190-1100) and NIR (1000-1700nm) the domain can be wider, covering spectrum from 190
to 1700 nm. Keywords: spectral signal, spectrometry.
The thermal regime had to meet two needs: to be big enough for a fast polishing and small enough not to influence the support or piece. The dilatation coefficient is different for pieces and support make a modification of outside topography which influence the final shape of surface, consequently ΔN. The present study propose to establish a link between temperature uniformity in the same time on piece or polishing device surface, respectively, final quality of topography polished surface.
The paper is focused on the behavioral simulation of the mineral and organic lenses, defined by geometric characteristics (the accumulation radius, thickness, diameter) and material characteristics, for a certain incident wavelength . The simulation provides a picture of the ray-tracing for the second and third reflection/refraction. At the same time, the user can display the print of a ray on a normal plane related to optical axis direction. The authors designed the simulation program, aimed to evaluate the wounded through the multiple reflections in the spectre available for chosen material. On this way, the disparity of a certain parameter will influence the transference through lenses for some radiation or spectre. The paper is designed to be used in optics, to shape the refractive/reflective components, and can predict the useful diameter of lenses, diaphragms or aperture stop; the paper is a guide for qualified professors to simulate the route of telecentric fascicle, after multiple reflection and refraction, to illustrate Snell’s law, all of them by changing the optical and geometrical characteristic of lenses.
