Profile Summary

Chuang Wu received his B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees both from Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 2007 and 2012, respectively. From 2010 to 2012, he studied at Photonics Research Centre, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Kowloon, Hong Kong, first as a joint PhD student, and later as a Research Associate. In November 2012, he joined Institute of Photonics Technology, Jinan University, Guangzhou, China, as a Lecturer. His research interests include fiber-optic sensors, specialty optical fiber design & fabrication, and optical fiber in-line optofluidic technology. He has authored/co-authored over 30 technical papers in peer-reviewed international journals and proceedings.
