Profile Summary

Irfan Ullah received the BSc degree in Electrical (Telecommunication) Engineering from the COMSATS Institute of information Technology, Lahore, Pakistan in 2011. His research at the COMSATS involved the robot navigation. He is currently working towards Integrated MSc and Ph.D. degree in Information and Communication Engineering at Myongji University, Yongin, South Korea. His research Interests include solar concentrated energy, solar concentrators, nonimaging concentrators, daylighting, daylighting systems, hybrid daylighting systems, light pipe, optical fiber, sustainable buildings, building lighting simulation, nonimaging optics, geometrical optics, light transmission, illumination systems, solid-state lighting, ray tracing, Light emitting diode (LED) lighting, lighting simulation, lighting applications (street lighting, automotive lighting, LED lamps, indoor lighting), robotics, robot navigation, robot control, fuzzy logic, and microcontrollers. He got ­Bronze Paper Award in IEEE Seoul Section Student Paper Contest 2012, Seoul, South Korea.
