At the moment, methods of sounding a status of soil, plant, forest and aquatic environments using radiometry
and radar methods are intensively used. The main source of information using radar sounding is the back reflection ratio.
The radiometric method is used for detection of the brightness temperature. In this paper, a communication between the
back reflection ratio and the brightness temperature is described. This communication is proportional.
