I am a PhD student studying Medical Physics at University of California at Los Angeles. I have a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Oklahoma. My research interest focuses on quantitative medical imaging and developing computer-aided diagnosis(CAD) schemes to provide reliable detection and prognosis of cancer. I have been a research assistant at Stephenson Cancer center at CAD laboratory of University of Oklahoma during my Master's study. I have worked on quantitative image feature analysis to investigate role of image features as well as genomic biomarkers in prediction of patient survival.
