Profile Summary

I am Rajib Ahmed from Bangladesh, completed my undergraduate and master’s degrees with background Applied Physics, Electronics, Communication and Photonic Networking. I have completed three masters degree (more than 3 years) from Bangladesh, Italy, UK and Germany with First class. Now, I am started (2nd Feb, 2015) to work as a new PhD student in Micro-engineering and Nano-technology Group, Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, University of Birmingham, UK.

My research works with title “Nano-fabrication using laser ablation” under supervision of Dr. Haider Butt (main) and Professor Stefan Dimov (Co-supervisor). I am working with interference phenomena and use laser light to make cost effective nano devices with holography as lithography technique.
