Profile Summary

Currently working as a Systems Engineer on the Daniel K. Inouye Solar Telescope project, I have been involved in Engineering in Astronomy since 1986. I started as a Mechanical Engineer supporting operations on the UKIRT and JCMT before moving into project and program management on the Gemini Telescopes. I managed the early design stages of the VISTA and provided system management during the contracting stages. Following this I spent several years in facility management at the UKIRT and JCMT before moving the ATST project in 2012.
