Yury N. Zavalov (1960) was graduated from Moscow Power-Engineering Institute ( 1984 ; specialization: electro-physics), and he has defended the thesis “Lasing characteristics of fast –axial flow CO2 laser” for academic degree of Candidate of Physical & Mathematical Sciences in 1997. He is senior scientific researcher, Institute on Laser and Information Technologies of Russian Academy of Science, Shatura, Russia.
