With the gradual deepening of construction engineering informatization and the acceleration of office electronization in the architecture field, the data barrier will be progressively disintegrated. Regarding the research on the collaborative performance of large-scale BIM model under the new situation, we present the massive BIM sharing and interchanging distributed framework (MBSIDF). MBSIDF first uses the scientific system design concept to build a distributed basic service framework, then establishes a large data centralized sharing platform to increase the efficiency of data aggregation and interaction, and finally builds a massive BIM model real-time analysis platform to improve data processing performance. Experiments show that MBSIDF can build an elastic distributed BIM collaboration platform, realize the centralized management function of massive BIM models, and significantly improve the processing performance of massive BIM models.
