Carbon nanotubes and graphene have been widely used in electromagnetic shielding materials for their excellent electrical and mechanical properties. This paper adopts the suction filter self-assembly of multi-walled carbon nanotubes prepared by film/graphene and carbon nanotubes film, film microstructure under different film thickness are studied, the influence law of conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance, explores the graphene doping ratio of carbon nanotubes/graphene film morphology, thermal stability, pore size distribution, the influence law of conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance, At the same time, the mechanism of improving the electromagnetic shielding was analyzed. The results show that the conductivity decreases and the electromagnetic shielding performance improves with the increase of the film thickness, and the absorption loss of the film is mainly improved by the doping of graphene.
