Abstract
Emergency breakaway design is one of the key technologies in civil aircraft design. Successful emergency breakaway design can better avoid fires and reduce the mortality rate of aircraft accidents. Based on the analysis of the airworthiness and airworthiness clauses, this paper uses the large-scale collision impact simulation software PAM-CRASH to simulate and analyze the emergency breakaway of the civil aircraft pylon. The results show that when the aircraft crashes on the concrete ground at a 10-degree angle of attack with the ground, the design of the pylon fuse pin meets the requirements of emergency breakaway.
