Abstract

Due to the uneven deformation of the surface caused by soil erosion, the permanent deformation may leads to the gaspipe failure, especially on common anchorage pier’s conditon.Considering the pipeline reconstruction project of the Yichang sub-transmission station of Zhongwu Line as research object, the treatment scheme of pipelines in common concrete anchor was described and analyzed. The safety status of main pipeline (DN700) was confirmed by field stress detection and stress calculation. Excavation for stress-releasing and pipe-replacement method for small pipeline (DN273) were adopted. In order to ensure the stability of the anchor pier in the later period and the soil body will no longer be lost, the measures of grouting and dredging blind pipe were adopted, long-term strain monitoring for the two pipes sharing the fixed pier was also used in the station. The risk analysis, test calculation, treatment measures and later monitoring schemes to ensure the long-term safe operation of the pipelines with shared anchor pier were comprehensively discussed, and ideas for the governance of other similar projects were provided.
