Abstract
It is of great research significance for the deformation of the airtight ring to measure the air-tight of the aircraft and determine the attitude of aircraft in launching device, as the airtight ring is a part of the launch device. Based on the full analysis of various displacement testing techniques and the actual working environment of the airtight ring, a displacement sensor which can be applied to test the dynamic deformation of the seal ring is designed. On this basis, the test of the static and dynamic characteristics of the sensor were carried out. The result shows that the precision of the designed displacement sensor could meet the test requirements, and can be effectively applied to the dynamic displacement measurement of the seal ring.
