Abstract
In the substation maintenance operation, the indoor equipment often faces the situation of replacing the conductive aluminum bar or copper bar in the installation cabinet.When the outdoor equipment is technically upgraded or overhauled, it will also encounter the situation of replacing and installing new wires and clips, and the precise positioning of the hole spacing in the process of making equipment such as conductive bars and wiring clips is particularly important. However, in the past, the determination of the hole distance mainly relied on the manual marking of the operator, and there was no special tool for fast and accurate positioning of the hole distance.This paper proposes an adjustable fast hole spacing positioning device suitable for substation maintenance operations, which can be positioned in both horizontal and vertical directions at the same time. It greatly shortens the operation time, provides favorable conditions for quantitative positioning work, and effectively guarantees the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
