Abstract

With the development of science and technology and the deepening of my China's health system reform, most provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions have gradually established a new medical service system with reasonable division of labor in community health service organizations, general hospitals and specialized hospitals. At the same time, taking the construction of health informatization as a breakthrough point, began planning and piloting an electronic health record (HER) project to improve the level and quality of medical and health services. Starting from the storage and management of EHR, this paper analyzes the current research status at home and abroad, and briefly designs a regional EHR service mode, a medical and health system model composed of regional medical information service platform and hospital level medical information service platform.
