Abstract
Aiming at the difficulty of good control of LLC resonant converter in lithium battery chemical composition equipment, the sliding mode controller is designed by combining particle swarm algorithm. The traditional PI controller has overshoot phenomenon, and the sliding mode control parameters are difficult to select the optimal value, so combined with the particle swarm algorithm, the function of the controller output and system following error is selected as the target of sliding mode controller parameter optimization, and the appropriate parameters are selected to reduce the recovery time and dithering phenomenon. Simulation experiments show that this method has certain advantages over traditional PI controllers and sliding mode controllers.
