Abstract
This paper presents flyback converters with multiple outputs, which provide filament and modulator power supply for Traveling Wave Tube (TWT). High-voltage isolation and multiple power outputs are achieved with magnetic integration. The high-voltage isolation multi-output flyback transformer was accurately simulated by Magnetic Component Tool of SABER, with the AC impedance, parasitic parameters, hysteresis loss of the winding analyzed. The accuracy of the design was verified by circuit model simulation and prototype testing.
