Abstract
Domestication of coal machine gear reducer has become a trend, but domestic worm gear reducer has been serious fever, low transmission efficiency, worm gear wear is obvious, low life, especially the wear resistance of worm gear has become a "neck" technical problem in the industry. This paper analyses the fault existing in domestic worm gear and worm reducer, through the study of the worm and worm wheel material, processing, assembling and influence factors of lubrication and provides a selection of materials for the worm gear and worm gear reducer, worm gear and worm surface quality control Suggestions, worm gear and worm assembly and lubrication, etc., finally through the bench test and industrial test, The reducer can be used in the mine for more than 6 months without abnormal conditions, indicating that the development of the reducer is successful.
