Abstract
In response to the conflict and restrictions between targets during the multi-target optimization of the ship manufacturing process, it is difficult to reasonably arrange the scheduling plan, and propose a multi-target empire competition algorithm MOICA (Multi-Objective Imperialist Competition Algorithm). The algorithm takes the latest completion time, the total load of the machine and the maximum load of the machine as the optimization goal. Considering the heterogeneity of information between the colonies between the empires, different assimilation and revolutionary strategies for different levels of colonies are designed to adapt to it to adapt to it Search characteristics and improve their search efficiency and effect. By comparative experiments, the MOICA algorithm can effectively solve the problem of multi-target flexible operating workshop scheduling problems, while ensuring the convergence and diversity of populations
