Abstract
In view of the interruption of 4G/5G signal, the inaccuracy of sensor monitoring data and the safety and limitation of GPS positioning function in transmission line operation and maintenance in complex environment, Beidou is described in detail in this paper. At the same time, combined with the application of Beidou positioning in transmission line tower deformation, icing monitoring, disaster prevention monitoring, line inspection, the advantages of Beidou in signal transmission and positioning are described in detail. It is concluded that Beidou signal and positioning function can effectively improve the safety and accuracy of transmission line operation and maintenance, and promote the process of intelligent operation and maintenance of transmission line.
