The prediction of skarn type polymetallic ore is very important. This paper takes a certain skarn type polymetallic ore in Mongolia as the research object. Through high-precision magnetic survey on the ground, the plane position of the ore-forming favorable area is quickly optimized. The analytic signal amplitude of No. It is found that the skarn contact zone in the middle of No. 3 anomaly area is relatively developed, with a thickness of 70-350m. Combined with the results of Eulerian inversion of high magnetic data, it is considered that the shallow 200m is a favorable location for mineralization. Finally, the 2.5D human-computer interactive inversion of magnetic anomaly is used to predict the shape and scale of the ore body. The drilling data of later construction is roughly consistent with the position and thickness of the ore body. It has been proved by practice that good prospecting effect has been achieved in the exploration of this type of skarn type polymetallic ore by using audio frequency magnetotelluric survey and high-precision magnetic survey on the ground.
