Abstract
ICA has been mostly demonstrated by computer simulation, and is not mature enough for general application in real world. The main assumptions are (1) instantaneous mixture, (2) linear mixture, (3) discrete and finite sources, which are satisfied such as the remote sensing subpixel composition, speech segmentation by means of ICA de-hyphenation, and digital TV bandwidth enhancement by simultaneously mixing sport and move entertainment events.
