Abstract
Monitoring and measurement on footing resistance of transmission towers is an important safeguard to transmission towers. This paper introduces a frequency conversion measurement technology that greatly increasing efficiency and accuracy of measurement on footing resistance of transmission towers. The study analyses the technology of device's hardware and software systems, and the application result shows that the device helps easier and more accurate monitor transmission towers grounding resistance.
