Abstract
In this work, a large-aperture and long-focal length off-axis two-trans collimator was designed. Structural design is based on optical specifications. Firstly, the structural design of the main mirror holder was carried out, and the influence of the support method of the main mirror holder on the surface shape of the main mirror was analyzed using ANSYS and MATLAB. The analysis results show that the reflective primary mirror of large-aperture off-axis collimator is supported in such a way that the Root Mean Square (RMS) of the primary mirror is 0.025 λ(λ=632.8nm). The secondary mirror adjustment mechanism is a free moving device and is capable of six degrees of freedom of adjustment. The RMS of the system is 0.054 λ (λ=632.8nm), which meets the design requirements and can provide some guidance for the design of similar structures.
