Abstract
The evapotranspiration (ET) estimates derived in two ways from the Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer (ASTER). One of the two models is Surface Energy Balance Algorithm for Land (SEBAL), which calculates the surface energy flux with Minimal collateral datum, while the other is Two Sources Energy Balance (TSEB), which distinguishes the radiative character between soil and vegetation components. Compared with the in situ measurements, both models output the rational results, but their relative sensitivities and biases are different for the same input data. In our research site, the outcome from the SEBAL is better than TSEB.
